She is the owner and founder of The Lukes Network, a 51%+ woman- and minority- owned, controlled and managed company, and she uses her deep experience as a corporate entrepreneur to help organizations get sustained competitive advantage. Her passions business, entrepreneurship, real estate, travel, food & wine, community, public service, her husband and their shih-tzus, Pepper and Bogey Lukes.

Raised in south Orange County, California, Jay has more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing, including digital and traditional advertising across industries. He has successfully led sales and marketing teams across industries, including international investments / foreign currencies, consumer electronics and telecommunications. At a prior digital marketing / advertising agency, he worked with more than 200 customers nationwide for clients who needed mobile marketing, search engine optimization, website design and other marketing services. On behalf of the automotive industry, he sold and secured digital and print advertising from trade partners and businesses in 12 states in the midwest. Jay enjoys playing golf, Notre Dame football, travel, sailing, the beaches of Southern California, and spending time with his family.

Head of Tech & IT
Alex has 25 years of technology experience in sports, high-end hospitality and retail. Based in our New York operations with project management relationships and boots on the ground on both the east and west coasts, Alex's goal is to simplify the lives of his ultimate stakeholders - the end users who interface with the public. Having previously managed the technology and IT systems for sports arenas like the Prudential Center in New Jersey and Yankee Stadium in New York City, Alex has successfully led teams to perform under high-stake situations. His calm and collected demeanor has made him successful, even when 30-60K baseball fans were relying on his work to go unnoticed. His passion is technology, and for fun, he works on various tech projects.

David graduated from Cal State, Long Beach in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Narrative Production. He has worked as a cinematographer on a number of short films and has experience in gripping and gaffing, as digital imaging assistant on numerous productions.
Arash brings us six years of experience in the film industry, having worked as producer and first assistant camera on several productions. As our Media Producer, his eye helps us make our company's and our clients' vision come to life in motion.
Head of Production
The fast paced set environment is Dakoda's second home. Being TLN's head of production, his focus is making sure that every client's vision is translated on screen. Having worked a myriad of on set positions from lighting, to camera, to even creative director, he is able to assess a clients needs in a timely manner when producing content so they get exactly what they need. Dakoda loves nothing more than watching a piece of content outperform his client's competition which motivates him in every project. In his free time, Dakoda likes hiking, finding sweet spots for photography, and playing with his dog Beau.
